Any word on whether weather influences signal clarity? It would suck if on rainy days you'r signal takes a dive, because those are when it's most likely to be used.

Havenít tried the 3G yet. As far as I know, the EDGE requires higher radio signal quality Sad It will be probably the same with the 3G.

IMHO also latency is going to be an issue. Anyone that has tried a mobile connection will know this. EDGE, EVDO, 3G all currently have latency issues.
