SanDisk, maker of Flash memory products and acquisition target of Samsung,
will begin shipping

microSDHC cards and Memorcy Stick Micro (M2) cards with a capacity of 16GB
starting in October. The microSDHC card will cost $100, with the M2 version of
the same capacity costing $130. Not all cell phones can accept 16GB card...read more
