American skier Scott Macartney is conscious and recovering from his crash at the World Cup downhill on Saturday in Kitzbuehel. A 30-year-old from Seattle, Macartney crashed while going an estimated 88 mph just before the finish of the downhill. His helmet came off during the crash.
