Apple lawyers couldn't give a damn. All this Hackintosh promotion is actually boosting Apple's place in the market, the underground community is booming.
People who actually like the OS, usually end up being quite passionate about it and end up buying a Mac afterwards anyways. Well, that's what I've seen personally.
