sorry guys, I'm in hospital after heart attack Sad Doctor said I'm lucky man that I survived. everything happened on November 6th which is also my birthday (47) and marriage anniversary (17) big thanks
to my wife because she saved my life. She keeped me alive until doctors arrived.

Some work out, no smoking, no heavy drinks, eat garlics, onions and red peppers. Some red wine too. Not too much. And also more veggies and fruits.

It's good to have someone that loves you. That's your treasure right there.
