For the last couple of days there were stories of The Pirate Bay , the worlds largest bittorrent
tracker, being taken offline by swedish authorities while they were being investigated for

If I was one of the customers of that Data Centre I would sue operators for not properly monitoring centre those camera's are there to protect the customers servers from tampering

What would happen If you had a site hosted there that wasnt accociated with the pirate bay was accidently taken down who would you sue for loss of income.
