I previously heard 'rumors' stating that Louis Leterrier's Clash of the Titans remake would be going 3D, pushing the release back a week to April 2nd, and that the last two Harry Potter movies would both be in 3D, too. Now Warner Brothers has confirmed that all three of those movies will be going 3D. And then there's talk about Transformers 3 going 3D, too!

No doubt James Cameron set out to change the movie industry and he has but it doesn't mean that such things don't come with a backlash. Avatar pretty much caught Hollywood with their pants down and now the standard for any blockbuster will be 3D.
