According to
Fudzilla's sources Intel plans to unveil 3 600-series CPUs, the 650, 660, and 670. The Core i5-650 will run at 3.2GHz and sell for $176, while the 660 will be clocked at 3.33GHz and sell for $196. Intel's highest-end dual-core will be the Core i5-670, which runs at 3.46GHz and will be launched at $284.
With just two cores and a 32-nm manufacturing process, these chips should be pretty inexpensive for Intel to manufacture assuming they're getting good yields. I'm not really sure how many DIY'ers will want to pick one up though considering Core i5-750 and Core i7-860 Lynnfield CPUs will offer four cores and similar pricing.
