According to Bright Side of News, AMD plans to introduce a 3.4GHz Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition, its fastest processor ever, on August 13th. Like all Black Edition processors, the 965 BE will ship with an unlocked clock multiplier for easier OC'ing. Pricing wasn't mentioned, but if the release date is accurate, we won't have to wait long to see how it performs and at what cost.
