Of course, the overall performance of this part, and in particular the dire lack of memory bandwidth, mean that some of these features (most notably support for FP16 blending for HDR rendering) are little more than checkbox features - You simply won't be able to use them in any game titles. And this is where the GeForce 7300 GS becomes a little unstuck - If you want to play any present day games on this board, chances are it'll be a rather unsatisfactory experience. Of course, this part really isn't aimed at anything but the most casual of gamers, and due to the aforementioned Windows Vista requirements and other functionality like H.264 content playback, the 7300 GS has other fish to fry. If you are going to be gaming to any degree however, it's hard not to recommend spending a little longer saving up some extra cash to shell out on a better equipped part such as ATI's higher-end Radeon X1300 parts.
