Even though people are raving about Windows 7, there are still going to be some of you that want to stick with their old OS once Windows 7 hits the market. That is why Microsoft will be allowing downgrades for customers that wish to stick with XP or Vista. Under the new program, PC makers will be able to ship pre-downgraded machines based on anticipated demand for those systems.
