Fudzilla
reports that NVIDIA will launch G92, a 65 nanometre version of G80 with
support for PCIe 2.0 interface and some other face lift changes. The editor's
days are scheduled for October time while the real hardware launch is scheduled
for sometimes in November. They don't have have much more details except the G92
will end up significantly cooler and faster from very successful G80. Looks like
AMD won't have any other high end card to fight this product until Q1 2008.
