Elon Musk has confirmed that X Money, the digital payments and wallet feature for the X platform, is now live in internal beta testing for company employees, marking a key milestone in turning X into an "everything app."

According to Musk's statements during an xAI presentation and echoed in reports from sources like CryptoBriefing, Yahoo Finance, and The Paypers, a limited external beta rollout to select users is expected in the next 1-2 months, followed by broader global availability.

The service, developed in partnership with Visa for peer-to-peer transfers and potential future expansions into crypto or stock features, aims to centralize monetary transactions directly within the social media app.
