NVIDIA released the latest version of its GeForce Game Ready drivers.
Version 591.74 WHQL (thanks Csimbi) introduces support for the new DLSS 4.5 technology the company announced on Monday, which brings an updated DLSS super resolution Transformer-based AI model that offers significantly higher image quality than DLSS 4, which in itself was a leap in quality over the previous DLSS versions that used convoluted neural networks (CNN) based models.
Besides driver-level support for DLSS 4.5, GeForce 591.74 adds NVIDIA App DLSS overrides for DLSS 4.5, letting you select the new technology even if a game was designed for DLSS with an older model. The drivers also improve NVIDIA Surround settings. G-SYNC monitor support has been expanded with dozens of new monitor models, listed below. Game stability issues with "Arena Breakout: Infinite" have been fixed.
