Windows Defender vs Ransomware tested in 2024 with tweaks to ASR using Defender UI as well as default settings. Will it survive the onslaught of our well known infamous ransomware like Wannacry, Petya, Ryuk, Darkside etc?

Ed.note: The only time you should have Windows Defender as your only antivirus is while you download a reliable antivirus that actually protects you, personally I use ESET which works much better than Windows Defender.
