Universal Pictures has shared the first official trailer for Fast X, the tenth installment of the popular series that originally began with a simple focus on street racing but later evolved to become one of the world's leading action film franchises. In addition to a number of what appears to be exciting chase sequences, the new trailer can confirm that Jason Momoa will be facing off against franchise star Vin Diesel (Dom Toretto) in the film as Dante, the son of Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida), the drug kingpin who was introduced (and killed off by Dwayne Johnson's Luke Hobbs) in 2011's Fast Five. Fast X, which also counts franchise newcomers Brie Larson (Captain Marvel) and Daniela Melchior (The Suicide Squad) among its cast, is scheduled for release in theaters on May 19.
