NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti to launch on January 27th - [hardware] 04:25 AM EST - Dec,11 2021 - post a comment The embargoed document listing RTX 3090 Ti launch date is so fresh that it does not even have an announcement date listed. NVIDIA releases embargo dates to its board partners in advance. Those documents include all dates that apply to the upcoming product, such as 'product announcement', 'review sample seeding', 'reviews' or 'on-shelf' date. The first official RTX 3090 Ti document from NVIDIA only lists the on-shelf dates, which is January 27th. Furthermore, we have also learned that on December 17th, NVIDIA will be announcing its RTX 3070 Ti 16GB graphics card. This card will be released next year, on January 11th to be exact. It is said that the card will feature 'the same' CUDA core count as the 8GB model and the same clock speeds. In this case, it means full GA104 GPU (GA104-401 to be precise) with 6144 cores. Board partners do not expect this card to be faster than the 8GB model. With the RTX 3050 coming on the same day as RTX 3090 Ti, we now have a full list of desktop GPUs that should be *available* in January 2022. |
