Fudzilla has posted a few new facts about the new Nvidia MCP68S chipset. They don't have the name of the chipset but they claim that MCP 68S is internally called Nvidia nF7025-630A and it matches the nF7050-630A (MCP68PVNT) Southbridge. These chips are suppose to run the Vista Premium powered machine and they also supports HDMI out. The integrated graphics is based on Geforce 7 technology and it supports DirectX 9.0c and Shader model 3.0. Ramdac works at 300 MHz that is enough for 1920x1440 resolution at 75 Hz. The integrated graphics supports Pure Video and HD H.264 video but only up to 720P. This is still great for an integrated graphics! The various boards will support Nview multi display technology and VGA+DVI-D or VGA + HDMI combinations are possible. The first boards will be shown at Cebit and we are not sure about the graphics performance but it should be able to beat G965 and possibly even G33 the upcoming Intel integrated. This chipset also has to compete with ATI/ AMD's 690 integrated chipset.
