Samsung Electronics presented
its special version of Ultra Edition ‘Ultra Smart F520'. The phone can slide
up like a conventional phone to reveal a five way navigator and those ten digits
you need to dial a call, but if you slide it on the side (like an HTC
smartphone), you get a full slate of QWERTYness for ease of text entry. To
sprinkle some extra sugar on top of this already sweet package, the Ultra Smart
F520 also comes with a 3.3-inch touchscreen display. Naturally, the web browsing
on this device is pretty good too, considering that it rocks HSDPA high-speed
connectivity. Rounding out the spec sheet is a microSD expansion slot, a 3
megapixel camera, and full HTML browsing. It will be available during Q3 in
2007.
