LG announced yesterday that they have developed an innovative new chip for mobile television viewing. This new chip promises lower power consumption (from 250 megawatts to 150, while signal strength will increase by 30 percent), resulting in extended viewing time. LG is also claiming clearer picture quality and real-time traffic info provided by TPEG technology.  But wait, there's more. Here's the mind-blowing part.
