Microsoft introduced several new features and improvements to Windows 10 with the Creators Update. One that will especially resonate with consumers is better privacy controls and transparency as to what the settings actually do, as opposed to vague descriptions. It also introduced a new 3D Paint application and brought with it several goodies for gamers, such as a new Game Mode, native game broadcasting support, and a new Game Bar for quick access to certain settings. The Creators Update is the first of two major upgrades to Windows 10 scheduled for this year. The second one will be the Fall Creators Update. It will bring with it a somewhat refreshed look (fluent design) and several new features of its own, such as the ability to link your Android or iPhone device to your PC. It will also be tuned for a new generation of lower cost VR headsets from the likes of Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo. As for the Creators Update that is now widely available, you can go to Settings > Update & security to check for and grab any available updates. Otherwise you can go the manual route by
heading here and clicking the "Update now" button.
