Today World of Tanks developer Wargaming released a video showcasing a Mixed Reality experience that they exhibited at TankFest 2017 at the Bovington Tank Museum. The developer collaborated with the museum to restore an ultra-rare World War II tank Sturmm�rserwagen 606/4 mit 38 cm RW 61, nicknamed 'Sturmtiger.' Then they created a mixed reality experience using World of Tanks assets and even a view of a map together with Microsoft HoloLens to have the tank look like it was entering the hangar, and showcasing the interior and mechanical features of the massive steel beast.
