Today, publisher Bethesda and developer id Software announced that closed beta sign-ups for Quake Champions are open. To sign up for the closed beta, which is said to begin 'in the coming weeks,' all you have to do is provide your email address (the site is randomly down and up at the moment) and confirm that you're at least 18 years old. Quake Champions is poised for a release sometime in 2017. Initially the game will launched limited to the PC, however, console versions are not out of the question according to id Software.
