Exactly the same device (white, off-contract, locked to T-Mo) costs $70 via the Microsoft Store - but you can currently pick it up for just $29.99 at Best Buy. The impressive Lumia 640 is also available via the same retailer for a bit less than its regular price. The 4G LTE handset costs $59.99 via the Microsoft Store with no contract, but locked to AT&T; over at Best Buy, you can buy it now for $49.99 (only available in black). Both handsets are available with free shipping - although it's unlikely that that option will get the devices to you in time for Christmas.
