The Boeing Corporation has successfully tested their new electromagnetic pulse weapon named Counter-electronics High-powered Microwave Advanced Missile Project, or CHAMP for short. The EMP pulse weapon is capable of pinpointing targets and disabling all electronics with an undetected stealth flyby.
