Microsoft has added a lot to this build, including the Windows Store beta, Universal Office apps are now available, Xbox app is now a Universal app, Music app has been updated along with the video app too. Finally, the camera app has been updated but if you use a 1520, 1020, 930, 830, 640, and 640XL, some features are not supported yet and you should stick to the Lumia camera app until the Microsoft version is completed.
