When Sapphire first contacted me to review this X1300XT, I'll have to admit I was not looking forward to it. All my previous budget videocard reviews have been predictably slow and boring to review. This card to say the least has been a surprise. Think of this lower end and cost effective option to be that little kid in your neighborhood that you have picked on only once, had your ass kicked and learned your lesson. That is what this card has done to me. I underestimated it.

Although this card is a little slow getting onto the retail market, it will be a popular card seeing it will be priced extremely well and yet will still have a performance punch to keep the occasional gamer more than happy. This card has gained my respect and I have no problem giving it our coveted Top Rank Award seeing it brings a lot of bang for the buck.

- Decent Gaming for a Budget price
- 256megs of GDDR3
- HDTV Output Dongle
- Excellent Pricing When it becomes available
- Decent Overclocking

Cons:
- Cooler not directly cooling the memory
