As promised Microsoft has now allowed anyone to download and use the first release candidate version of their upcoming Windows Vista PC OS. Both 32-bit and 64-bit versions are available and must be burned on a DVD beforing installing. Microsoft will likely release at least one more release candidate for Vista before the final version goes gold.
