Apple CEO Tim Cook publicly
confirmed he is gay in an opinion piece published Thursday, making him the highest-profile chief executive to come out. In an essay published by Bloomberg Businessweek advocating for human rights and equality, Cook says he was inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King to set aside his desire for privacy to do something "more important." "While I have never denied my sexuality, I haven't publicly acknowledged it either, until now," writes Cook. "So let me be clear: I'm proud to be gay, and I consider being gay among the greatest gifts God has given me."
Ed.note: When people answers "who cares?" it's like nobody cares. Actually... people DO care if you're gay or not, DO care if you have sex with a same-gender people, DO care if you're a transgender and much, much more. People do care if you have tattoos sometimes, if you're black, if you're muslim, if you are vegan. The list is just infinite. People DO care. I know it's sad but most of us just fake with a smile and still think "darn... he's gay!" :D
