The Olympic torch made it to the Kremlin in Moscow after starting the Russian leg of its global journey Sunday, but a strong gust of wind temporarily extinguished the flame. Torch bearer Shavarsh Karapetyan, a former champion diver, quickly signaled for help. With the help of a lighter, the flame was reignited and the run continued.
