Citizen
VIRT Bluetooth watch (W700) (
PR
in Japanese) communicates with your cell phone via Bluetooth and displays
your incoming calls. Vibration and a flashing light alert you about an incoming
call. The watch features a small organic EL display to tell you the name of the
caller provided your contact list has an entry for it. And all above this, it
even notifies you if you leave your phone behind. So you won't need some kind of
'anti-theft' gizmo atleast for your cell phone.
The battery life of the Citizen
Bluetooth watch is about 5 days. The watch weighs 55g and measures 40 x 42 x
14mm. The Citizen VIRT Bluetooth watch is scheduled to hit the Japanese streets
on July 7th in colors black and silver. Citizen reveals that the watch will be
subjected to a limited release of 5,000 pieces and the price is still open.
