Good news for everyone in the UK who signed signed up to NTL Broadband . From the 1st June NTL
will be upgrading 2Mb subscribers to a 4Mb connection for free and will be removing any bandwidth
caps on all packages. A juicy upload rate of 400k will also be introduced for 4Mb packages, giving
