He also made some great points, McCain has accused him of "restributing the wealth" by getting rid of the Bush tax cuts for the rich - but he made the point that McCain is also "redistributing the wealth" himself; he's just doing it the other way around, by taking it from the working and middle classes and giving more and more to the rich. This is a valid point to make in light of the "socialist" nonsense coming out of the McCain camp...

Yes but there is nothing America needs more these days than some sanity injected to temper the rampant and out of control greed that's torpedoing not just America but the economies around the world.
The US is a third world nation these days. People die every day because the system is so broken that health care is only accessible to the wealthy, to pick just one thing. So yeah, a touch of socialism is direly needed in the US these days over the insane pro-wealthy and anti-everything-sensible-and-fair policies of the Republicans. ;)

Obama IS more socialistic than McCain in his proposed economic policies. That is just fact.
