This video is basically a guide on how to avoid being sued for hitting a "pedestrian" because the law punishes you much harder than if you say hit another car. I put pedestrian in quotes because those are scammers with either a laptop or cellphone that they will claim you damaged when you hit them, so they can ask for more money from you as a compensation, example: that guy with a laptop waiting until a X5 comes and literally slams his laptop into car. So the main idea is to buy a dashcam and to always call cops to file a report even when pedestrian doesn't want to file anything (they usually want to leave as soon as they find out you have video record of the incident).
